Description

Khalsa Rehatname: Bhai Land Lal
Text, Translation and Commentary

This book includes a comprehensive commentary on the Rehatname (code of conduct manuals) attributed to Bhai Nand Lal. Beginning with an introduction to Bhai Nand Lal, the book moves quickly into providing a line by line translation of the Rehatname, from Gurmukhi to English, to allow the reader to grasp the original Rehatname. Following this, an in-depth commentary examines and explains the concepts discussed in the Rehatname and links them to Sikh history and theology contained in the Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

This book is a must read for both Sikhs and non-Sikhs to understand Sikh history and core concepts of the Sikh faith that form the beliefs Sikhs hold today.
