A 19th Indian century scissor katar made of an all steel construct.
A well made Katar with a swollen armour piercing point. The katar is still solid and functional, so when the bar is pulled down, the katar will open up, to reveal the three sharp separate blade. This action is slightly stiff, with the blades having slight movement (back and froth) due to its age - but nothing of concern (as slight movement is normal with a scissor katar). This example is for functional use, hence it being less ornate and having a swollen armour piercing point and sharp blades.
A nice addition for beginner collectors starting their collection.
