Gold Indian Tulwar

A complete Rajasthani Tulwar with its original scabbard.
The hilt is of traditional open guard form and maintains Rajasthani characteristics in design and Gold work. The gold in the form of vines and flowers. Preserved 95% with minor loss. The hilt is large and comfortable in the hand. The blade is constructed of steel (possibly wootz) and strong, maintaining its cutting edge. The original scabbard is wrapped in new cotton and leather mixed fabric. The is missing and the scabbard is worn due to age. Nonetheless, the original scabbard is a fantastic addition since most scabbards did not survive.
